There is something special about working out with friends!
Working out with others is a great motivator. If you have 2-3 friends who want to get together once a week or twice a week in your space or mine, let me know. We can do a special group rate so you can get stronger and healthier together! If you don't have a group of friends to work out with, please reach out and check to see if any of the groups I'm working with have space for some extra people. |
