Covid and Health Safety
I believe in making working out feel safe for both you and for me. Working out outside when possible is a great option!
Please don't work out if you have any Covid or flu symptoms, are waiting for test results, or if you have tested positive in the past 10 days. This is not only in respect of my health and my other clients' but also for your safety in case there is any unexpected impact on your heart or lungs due to Covid.
Likewise for me, I will not work out with you if I have symptoms or test positive for Covid.
If there are any additional practices that would make you feel better about working out, please let me know.
